Surgery next Friday (the 13th)

Just a quick update, my arthroscopic knee surgery is scheduled for next Friday.  Hopefully within a month after that I will be back on the bike and hopefully getting rid of some of this fat I have acquired.  I’m getting very tired of carrying it around!
